| 阐述了高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器（HPLC-PDA）在兽药非法添加物质检查应用中的优势与局限：其优势在于方法特异性强、仪器普及面广、操作简单；局限在于无法鉴别光谱图库外的未知化合物，部分化合物在不同色谱条件下光谱图差异大难溯源，无法检出无紫外吸收的化合物。另外，进一步对应用该法的发展趋势进行了展望，以期对兽药非法添加打击治理工作提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| The advantages and disadvantages of the method of HPLC-PDA used in the inspection of illegal adulteration in veterinary drugs were elaborated：this method has good specificity, widespread popularity, and simple operation, however it cannot identify the unknown compounds out of PDA spectral library or compounds with no UV absorption, and some compounds which have different PDA spectra under different chromatographic conditions are difficult to trace. The development trend of the application of this method was prospected, in order to provide reference for the renovation of illegal adulteration in veterinary drugs. |
