| 本研究应用平衡计分卡法分和德尔菲法评估兽药监管工作，优化筛选了一级指标有14项，二级指标有25项，初步建立了一套较为科学、全面、新颖、实用的兽药监管效益评估指标体系，为下一步开展兽药监管效益评估奠定基础。 |

| Abstract: |
| This research based on the four perspectives of balanced scorecard method and Delphi method evaluation of Veterinary Supervision, which optimized the level index of 14 first-level evaluation indicators and 25 second-level evaluation indicators. It initially established a set of more scientific, comprehensive, innovative, practical veterinary drugs regulation benefit evaluation system. It provided some references for the evaluation of veterinary supervision. |
