| 摘要: |
| 为了测定二氧化氯固体消毒剂中DL-酒石酸的含量，采用C18柱（4.6×250mm，5μm），在室温下，以0.4mol/L磷酸二氢钾（用磷酸调pH至2.4）为流动相，214nm为检测波长，流速为1.0ml/min，建立了反相高效液相色谱法（RP-HPLC）测定方法。结果显示，DL-酒石酸在0.2～2.0mg/mL范围内线性关系良好，R2=0.9999，回收率范围为97.0%～102.3%。本方法简便、准确、快速，可用于二氧化氯固体消毒剂中DL-酒石酸的含量测定。 |

| Abstract: |
| A method for the determination of DL-tartaric acid in the Solid chlorine dioxide disinfectant Was developed by the reverse high performance liquid chromatography（RP-HPLC）.The C18 colum (4.6×250mm，5μm) was used with the mobile phase consisted of 0.4mol/L KH2PO4(pH was adjusted to 2.4 by H3PO4) and the detection wavelength of 214nm.The results showed that DL-tartaric acid had the good linear relationship at the range of 0.2～2.0mg/mL(R2=0.9999) and the mean recovery rate was 97.0%～102.3%. The method was simple, accurate and fast in the determination of DL-tartaric acid in solid chlorine dioxide disinfectant. |
