盐源县养鸭场主要病原菌分离鉴定及其耐药性分析

摘要:
为掌握养鸭场病原菌种类及其耐药情况,本实验采用传统细菌学方法进行病原菌分离鉴定和药敏试验,并采用PCR方法进行耐药基因检测,结果显示:养鸭场病原菌主要是大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和鸭里默氏杆菌;主要病原菌对20种抗生素呈现多重耐药现象,在大肠埃希氏菌分离株中检出TEM和CTX-M耐药基因,在金黄色葡萄球菌分离株中检出mecA和blaZ耐药基因。这些结果为盐源县养鸭场细菌性疾病的预防与控制提供了科学依据。

Abstract:
In order to master the pathogen species and its drug resistance in duck field, the traditional bacteriological method was used to identify the pathogen and drug susceptibility test, and the PCR method was used to detect the drug resistance gene. The results showed that the pathogen is Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Riemerella spp.; The main pathogens showed multiple drug resistance to 20 kinds of antibiotics, and the TEM and CTX-M resistance genes were detected in Escherichia coli isolates, MecA and blaZ resistance genes were detected in Staphylococcus aureus isolates. These results provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of bacterial diseases in Yanyuan County.
