三氮脒含量测定的高效液相色谱法研究

摘要:
旨在建立一种测定三氮脒含量的高效液相色谱方法。采用C18色谱柱,0.05 mol/L磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH值至3.0)-乙腈(95:5,v/v)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为370 nm,柱温为30 ℃。结果三氮脒在1~100 μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r大于0.999。方法操作简便、准确、可靠,可用于三氮脒的质量控制。

Abstract:
A high performance liquid chromatography method was established for the determination of diminazene. Separation was performed on a reversed-phase C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of 0.05mol/L phosphate solution and acetonitrile(95:5, v/v) . The detection wavelength was 370 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. A good linearity of the calibration curves was obtained with the range of 1~100 μg/mL for cdiminazene, the correlation coefficient r﹥0.999. The method is simple, accurate and reliablein the determination of carbasalate calcium and free salicylic acid in carbasalate calcium soluble powder.
