| 为检测猪血清中猪流行性腹泻病毒（PEDV）抗体水平，以纯化的PEDV作为包被抗原，优化ELISA反应条件，建立了检测PEDV血清IgG抗体的诊断方法：当血清OD450nm值＞0.31时，判定阳性；当OD450nm值小于0.26时，判定阴性；当OD450nm值介于两者之间判定可疑。本方法为检测猪血清中猪流行腹泻病毒抗体、监测猪流行腹泻病的流行情况和评价相关疫苗的免疫效果等提供了帮助。 |

| Establishment of ELISA Method for Detection of Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus Antibody |

| Abstract: |
| To evaluate antibody levels of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus in porcine serum, in this study, the purified PEDV virus was used as the coating antigen, and the diagnostic method of detecting IgG antibody of PEDV was established by optimizing the ELISA reaction condition. The serum OD450nm value was 0.31, the positive value was determined, the OD450nm value was less than 0.26, the negative value was determined; and the OD450nm value between the two to determine suspicious. The method is helpful to detect the prevalence of porcine epidemic diarrhea antibody in swine serum, to monitor the epidemic situation of the disease and to evaluate the immune effect of related vaccine. |
