| 对氟尼辛葡甲胺注射液对奶牛的靶动物安全性进行了研究。采用20头健康泌乳期奶牛,随机分成4个组,每组5头。设1×推荐剂量组(2.2mg/kg bw)、3×推荐剂量组(6.6mg/kg bw)、5×推荐剂量组(11.0mg/kg bw),空白对照组(注射无菌注射用水)。静脉注射给药每日1次,连续给药7天。进行临床观察和血液生理、生化指标检测。结果显示,1×推荐剂量组临床观察未发现明显的不良反应。血液生理、生化指标检测结果均正常。结论：按照推荐剂量对奶牛进行给药,安全性良好。 |

| Study on the target animal safety of flunixin meglumine on dairy cattle.20 healthy lactating dairy cattle are divided to 4 groups equally,five in each group. The highest recommended dose level(1×,2.2mg/kg bw) 、3×dose level(6.6mg/kg bw) group、5×dose level(10.0mg/kg bw) ,the negative control.Each group was treated for seven days by intravenous injection. The result shows that the clinical symptoms of animals in the 1×dose level were normal,the hematology and blood chemistry index in the animal range.Conclusion:the highest dose level is safe to dairy cattle. |
