| 为了评价美洛昔康片对靶动物犬的安全性,选取24只健康的比格犬随机分成4组,每组6只。各组试验犬分别以0、推荐剂量(0.2 mg.kg-1)、3倍推荐剂量(0.6 mg.kg-1)、5倍推荐剂量(1.0 mg.kg-1)的美洛昔康片,每日1次,连续给药7日。对一般临床状况、采食量、增重、饲料转化率、血液学和血液生化指标、病理组织学等观察和检测。结果表明,除5倍推荐剂量对犬的肾脏和胃有一定的病理性影响外,各项指标与空白对照组相比差异均不显著。结论认为,美洛昔康片毒性较小,在犬体内耐受性高,以推荐剂量给药对靶动物犬是安全的。 |

| Target Animal Safety Evaluation To Meloxicam Tablets in Beagle Dogs |

| To evaluate the safety of meloxicam tablets on dogs, twenty-four healthy beagle dogs were selected and divided into 4 groups randomly, with 6 beagle dogs in each groups and given 0, recommended dosage(0.2 mg.kg-1), 3 times of recommended dosage(0.6 mg.kg-1) and 5 times of recommended dosage(1.0 mg.kg-1) once daily for 7 days. During the experiment, the general clinical status, food intake, weight gain, feedSconversionSratio, hematology and biochemistry parameters, histopathology of the beagle dogs were observed and detected. The results showed that various indicators were no significant difference compared with the blank control group except the 5 times of recommended dosage group had certain pathological effect to kidney and stomach of beagle dog. In conclusion, the toxicity of meloxicam tablets was small and have high tolerance in vivo, according to the recommended dose was safe to beagle dogs. |
