动物弓形虫检测方法研究进展

摘要:
就弓形虫(Toxoplasma gondii)的病原学检测、血清学检测及分子生物学检测等方法进行了综述。介绍了动物弓形虫检测中各类方法的研究现状及应用情况,分析了各种技术的优点与局限性,以期为动物弓形虫检测方法的发展和研究提供参考。

Abstract:
The etiological detection, serological detection and molecular biological detection of Toxoplasma gondii were reviewed. By summarizing various methods commonly used in animal toxoplasma testing in recent years, the advantages, limitations, or research status of various technologies are briefly summarized and analyzed, in order to provide references for the development and research ideas of the detection techniques of Toxoplasma gondii in animals.
