摘要:
枸杞多糖(LBP)是一种由多种酸性杂多糖和多肽或蛋白质构成的复合多糖,因具有天然的抗氧化、抗病毒等生物活性,所以在畜牧业生产中的应用前景广泛。本文主要从其化学结构、抗氧化、抗病毒、增强免疫能力等方面对枸杞多糖的功能进行了综述,以期为未来的科研和实践工作提供理论参考。

Abstract:
Lycium barbarum polysaccharide ( LBP ) is a kind of complex polysaccharide composed of a variety of acidic heteropolysaccharide and polypeptide or protein. it has wide application prospect in animal husbandry because of its natural biological activities such as anti-oxidation and anti-virus. This review summarizes and prospects the functions of lyceum barbarum polysaccharides from aspects of the chemical structure, anti-oxidation, antivirus and enhanced immunity and concentrates on providing theoretical reference for scientific research and production practices in the future.
