| 为研制犬腺病毒相关制品的检验用阳性血清，以健康易感山羊为免疫靶动物，深入优化免疫原和免疫程序，无菌采血后分离血清，并分装冻干。通过常规检验方法进行纯净性检测、特异性检测、抗体效价测定和中和指数测定，并将其应用于代表性的含犬腺病毒组分的活疫苗制品的外源病毒检验和鉴别检验等。结果显示，该批血清的纯净性检验和特异性满足要求，中和抗体效价为1：9364，中和指数＞106.0。结果表明，该血清对犬腺病毒具有良好的中和作用，能够应用于犬腺病毒相关制品的外源病毒检验和特异性检验等，是兽用生物制品国家标准物质的重要候选标准品。 |

| Preparation and Application of Goat Anti-Canine Adenovirus Virus Polyclonal Antiserum |

| For the inspection of relevant biological products of canine adenovirus virus, CAV positive serum were designed and prepared in this assay. Healthy and susceptible goats were immunized with optimized immunogen by improved immunization program, taken sterile blood and separated blood serum. The freeze-dried canine antiserum was tested of purity, specificity, antibody titer and neutralization index by regular test method and applied to extraneous virus and identity test in CAV live vaccines. The results showed that purity and specificity of the antiserum was in compliance with drafted standard, the neutralization antibody titer reached 1:9364, and the neutralization index was higher than 105.0. The study indicates that the antiserum has a fine neutralizing capacity for various CAV strains and can be competent for extraneous virus test and identity test in the inspection of relevant biological products of CAV. It’s a fine candidate of national standard substance for veterinary biological products. |
