| Abstract: |
| A detection method of icariin in Qizhenzengmian granule And Danjibao powder.It was established by HPLC. Samples directly diluted by methanol solution。Using gradient elutiong with acetonitrileand water(25:75)as the mobile phase.High performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector.Photodiode array detector wavelength range was 200 ～ 400 nm,The recorded wave length was 270 nm,The flow rate was 1mL / min, The injection volume was 10μL. Icariin was linear within the range of 5～400μg/mL(R2=0.9998).The recovery of icariin of Qizhenzengmian granule and Danjibao powder were 92.02% and 92.22% respectively.The method was accurate and simple, which can be provided a reliable way for the quality control Qizhenzengmian Granule And Danjibao powder. |
