高效液相色谱法测定山苓健胃颗粒中甘草酸的含量

摘要:
为了测定山苓健胃颗粒中甘草酸的含量。采用C18柱(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),在室温下,以甲醇-0.2 mol/L醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(65﹕35﹕1,V/V)为流动相,以250 nm为检测波长,流速为1.0 ml/min,建立了高效液相色谱测定方法。结果表明甘草酸在3.274~49.11 μg/ml范围内线性关系良好r =0.9996平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为1.30%。本方法准确、简便、快速,可用于控制山苓健胃颗粒中甘草酸的含量。

Abstract:
The content of glycyrrhizic in Shanlingjianwei granules was determined. Using C18 column(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)at room temperature, methanol-0.2mol/L ammonium acetate solution- glacial acetic acid (65﹕35﹕1, V/V) was used as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 250nm, the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, a HPLC method for determination was established.The results showed, glycyrrhizic acid had a good linear relationship in 3.274 ~ 49.11 in the range of μg/ml, r=0.9996, the average recovery rate was 99.9% and RSD 1.30%. This method is accurate, simple and fast, and can be used to control the content of glycyrrhizic acid in Shanlingjianwei granules.
