| 为完善多拉菌素注射液质量标准，对多拉菌素注射液含量测定中适用的固相萃取柱进行了考察研究。采用C18柱（5μm，150mm×4.6mm），以甲醇-乙腈-水（67：15：18）为流动相，以245nm为检测波长，流速为1.0mL/min。结果表明，该方法准确、简便、快速，考察的固相萃取柱能用于多拉菌素注射液含量的测定。 |

| In order to improve the quality standard of doramectin injection, the solid phase extraction column suitable for the determination of doramectin injection was investigated. A C18 column (5μm, 150 mm×4.6 mm) was used, and a methanol-acetonitrile-water (67:15:18) mobile phase was used, with a detection wavelength of 245nm, and a flow rate of 1.0mL/min. The results show that the method is accurate, simple and rapid, and the solid phase extraction column can be used to determine the content of doramectin injection. |
