| 目的：建立板蓝根注射液HPLC特征图谱。方法：色谱柱为Waters Atlantis T3(5μm,4.6×250mm),以甲醇为流动相A,以水为流动相B,进行梯度洗脱；流速为0.8ml/min；柱温为30℃；检测波长为250nm。结果：板蓝根注射液的色谱图基本相同,检出特征共有峰有9个。结论：该方法简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,结果准确可靠,可作为板蓝根注射液有效的鉴别和质量评价方法。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To establish HPLC profile of Banlangen injection. Method: The column was Waters Atlantis T3 (5 μm, 4.6 x 250 mm). With methanol as mobile phase A and water as mobile phase B, gradient elution was performed. The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min; the column temperature was 30℃; the detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results: The chromatograms of Banlangen injection were basically the same. There are 9 common peaks for the detected features. Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive and reproducible. The results are accurate and reliable, and can be used as an effective method for identification and quality evaluation of Banlangen injection. |
