不同中草药提取物对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌效果研究 |

摘要: |
为了检测不同中草药提取物对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球(MRSA)菌的抑菌效果,选取了7种不同粉碎粒度的中草药进行试验。用水提取法制备提取液,通过微量肉汤稀释法测定各提取液的抑菌效果。结果表明,厚朴、白术、茵陈提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌具有较强的抑菌活性;细粒度的厚朴提取液对MRSA的抑菌效果比粗粒度的厚朴提取液好。由此可见,厚朴提取物对MRSA具有潜在的抗菌优势。 |

Abstract: |
In order to test the antibacterial effect of different Chinese herbal extracts on Methicillin-resistant vitis aureus strain, seven Chinese herbal medicines with different particle sizes were selected for the test. The extracts were prepared by water extraction method, and the bacteriostatic effects of the extracts were determined by micro-broth dilution method. The results showed that the extracts of Magnolia officinalis, Atractylodes macrocephala and CapillarySartemisiaShad strong antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, and the antimicrobial effect of fine-grained Magnolia officinalis extracts on MRSA was better than that of coarse-grained Magnolia officinalis extracts.Therefore, magnolia officinalis extract is a potential antibacterial agent for MRSA. |
