| 建立了四环素片中四环素含量的高效液相色谱测定法。色谱条件： XBridge C18（5μm，4.6×150mm）色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液（磷酸调pH值至2.0）（12:88），检测波长280nm。线性回归方程为y=1803x+4150，相关系数r=0.99999，即在10~500μg/ml范围内，四环素峰面积与浓度有良好的线性关系，回收率为100.0%。该方法简便、准确、重复性好，可以很好地控制四环素的质量。 |

| Abstract: |
| To develop the method for Tetracycline in Tetracycline Tablets by HPLC. The liquid chromatography separation was carried on XBridge C18 column（5μm，4.6×150 mm） with methanol- 0.02 mol/L KH2PO4(pH value was adjusted to 2.0 with H3PO4) (12:88) as mobile phase with the detection wavelength 280nm. The equation was y=1803x+4150, r=0.99999,the alibration curve was linear in the range 10~500 μg/ml and the average recovery was 100.0 %. This method was simple,accurate and reproducible to control the quality of Tetracycline. |
