超声波法制备阿苯达唑包合物工艺研究

摘要:
采用超声法制备阿苯达唑-β-环糊精包合物。采用正交设计法筛选最佳工艺, 经相溶解度图研究、熔点测定、紫外光谱分析、及溶解度测定等对包合物的形成进行检验。包合反应最佳条件为: 阿苯达唑与β-环糊精与比率为1︰2, 超声时间40min,β-CD水溶液浓度8%, 此工艺条件下包合物性质稳定,重现性好。结果证明, 采用超声法可制备阿苯达唑-β-环糊精包合物,方法简便,工艺稳定,并可明显改善阿苯达唑水溶性。

Abstract:
ABZ-β-CD was prepared by ultrasonication and an orthogonal design was selected for optimum preparation procedure, inclusion complex were identified by phase solubility analy sis, melting point , ultraviolet spectrum and solubility detect . The optimum preparation procedure was: The ratio of host/ guest molecules is 1: 2, inclusion time is 40 min, β-CD Concentration is 8%. The inclusion complex can be prepared by the ultrasonication and it s solubility can be increased significantly. The preparation method is simple and stable.
