穿心莲内酯纳米混悬剂的制备与评价

摘要:
为了制备穿心莲内酯纳米混悬剂(ANDRO-NS),试验采用反溶剂法制备ANDRO-NS,正交试验筛选优化ANDRO-NS的制备工艺。结果显示在处方和工艺筛选的基础上,确定最优处方,选择吐温-80为1%、泊洛沙姆为0.05%为稳定剂,药物浓度为40mg/mL,反溶剂和溶剂的体积比为20,搅拌速率为1400 r/min,搅拌时间为80min,制得的ANDRO-NS平均粒径为(568.51±13.74)nm,粒径合适,稳定性良好。表明反溶剂沉淀法制备的ANDRO-NS工艺简单,值得进一步研究

Preparation of Andrographolide Nanosuspensions by anti-solvent method

Abstract:
To prepare andrographolide nanosuspension(ANDRO-NS),the anti-solvent precipitation method was used,and the formulation was optimized by orthogonal test. The results were that,base on the screened formulation and technological parameters ,the optimal formulation was:Tween80 and F68 were used as stabilizer and co-stabilizer respectively. The ratio of Tween80 to F68 was 20:1,and the ratio of good solvent to poor solvent was 1:20. The concentration of the drug was 40mg/mL and 1400r/min of stirring speed,80 minute of stirring time The average particle size of ANDRO-NS was 568.51±13.74 nm,The particle size is suitable and stability. In conclusion the ANDRO-NS prepared using the anti-solvent precipitation method was simple and easy and was worthy of further study.
