| 猪瘟在我国被列为一类动物传染病，是危害养猪业生产的主要传染病之一。猪瘟疫苗及诊断技术是做好猪瘟防控的主要手段。目前，我国兽药知识产权的保护，主要为专利保护及行政许可保护。通过对我国猪瘟疫苗、诊断试剂等猪瘟类制品的知识产权相关数据统计，以及生产现状情况分析，提出了对猪瘟种毒资源及相关知识产权的保护建议。 |
