| 为研究羊链球菌CVCC55001、CVCC55002株的菌种特性,制备了一批羊链球菌CVCC55001、CVCC55002株,并对菌种的形态及生化特性、培养特性、血清学特性、真空度、纯粹、剩余水分、毒力及免疫原性等进行检定,并且对于该菌的适宜培养基进行了筛选。试验结果表明,该冻干菌种的形态及生化特性、培养特性、血清学特性、真空度、纯粹、剩余水分、毒力及免疫原性均符合《中华人民共和国兽用生物制品规程》二〇〇〇版质量标准的规定。在免疫原性检定中,未免疫羊的最小致死剂量为CVCC55001：1.2×104 CFU；CVCC55002：2.6×104 CFU,免疫组能够有效被保护。使用不同培养基对于该菌培养进行了比对,证实血清为该菌必需成分。本研究为羊链球菌的制备和检定提供参考依据,并使用不同培养基进行比对研究,为该菌的稳定培养和疫苗工艺改进提供了研究基础。 |

| Preparation and Verification of CVCC55001 and CVCC55002 Strains of Streptococcus Ovis |

| In order to study the characteristics of Streptococcus ovis CVCC55001 and CVCC55002 strains, a batch of CVCC55001 and CVCC55002 strains were prepared, and the morphology and biochemical characteristics, culture characteristics, serological characteristics, vacuum degree, purity, residual moisture, Virulence and immunogenicity of the strains were prepared, and the appropriate medium for the bacteria was screened. The test results showed that all the verification items of the two strains were in compliance with the quality standard of "Regulations for Veterinary Biological Products of the PRC, 2000 version . In the immunogenicity test, the minimum lethal dose of unimmunized sheep is CVCC55001: 1.2×104 CFU; CVCC55002: 2.6×104 CFU, and the immunized group can be effectively protected. Different culture media were compared for the bacteria, and it was confirmed that the serum was essential for the bacteria culture. This study provides a reference for the preparation and verification of Streptococcus ovis, and media comparison provides the research basis for the culture stability of the bacteria and the improvement of vaccine technology. |
