三种中兽药产品中黄柏薄层色谱无苯展开系统研究

摘要:
为了降低在薄层色谱分析中苯对人体的危害及对环境的污染,研制可替代黄柏薄层色谱鉴别展开系统中的苯试剂,本研究对常用中兽药三黄散、公英青蓝合剂、公英青蓝颗粒进行了展开剂的开展了系列优化试验。结果表明,以正己烷-三氯甲烷-丁酮-乙酸乙酯-甲酸-水(3∶9∶6∶3∶4∶0.5)为展开剂,能够对以上三种药物达到较好的分离效果,薄层色谱图中主斑点盐酸小檗碱与其上下斑点分离度好,外形清晰圆整,为进一步完善三种药物的质量标准提供了试验依据。

Abstract:
In order to reduce the harm of benzene to human body and the pollution to the environment, replace the use of benzene reagents in the development system of Phellodendron chinense thin layer chromatography identification, our laboratory had optimized the development agent of commonly used veterinary drugs--Sanhuang San, Gongying Qinglan Keli, Gongying Qinglan Heji. The results indicated that It can achieve better separation effect for all the three drugs with n-hexane - trichloroform – butanone - ethyl acetate - formic acid - water (3:9:6:3:4:0.5) as the development systems. The main spots of berberine hydrochloride are effective separated with other spots in the TLC figure, and all the spots visible are clear with round appearance. The results provided experimental basis for further improving the quality standars of the three drugs.
