| The pH value of seed liquid, bacterial concentration, microscopic mycelia, reducing sugar and amino nitrogen were used as detection indexes to investigate the seed flask culture temperature, shaking table speed and culture time, and explore the influence on the metabolism of seed liquid. Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the optimal culture conditions of lincomycin shaking seed liquid were determined as follows:??The culture temperature was 30℃, the shaking speed was 220r/min, and the culture time was 45h-48h. |
