| 疼痛是猫的一个常见的多发问题,它存在的诱因很多。近几年来,国内外兽医对宠物猫的慢性疼痛问题以及临床中疼痛管理日益重视,疼痛管理已成为临床兽医必须面对的重要课题之一。非甾体抗炎药因其解热、抗炎和镇痛的特性而逐渐被广泛应用于动物医学。国内有关非甾体类抗炎药在猫临床疼痛管理中的应用少见报道。因此本文主要根据国外发表的一些关于猫长期使用非甾体抗炎药的相关文章进行综述,为非甾体抗炎药在猫临床疼痛管理中的进一步应用提供理论参考。 |

| Pain is a common problem in cats. It has many causes. In recent years, domestic and foreign veterinarians have paid more and more attention to the chronic pain of pet cats and clinical pain management. Pain management has become one of the important topics that clinical veterinarians must face. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have been widely used in animal medicine due to their antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. The application of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in cat clinical pain management is rarely reported in China. Therefore, this article mainly reviews some articles published abroad on the long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in cats, and provides a theoretical reference for the further application of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in cat clinical pain management. |
