食品中氯芬新残留检测技术及风险评估研究进展

摘要:
氯芬新是一种苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂,通过干扰角质层中甲壳素的沉积扰乱昆虫蜕皮,作为一种新型杀虫剂在农业生产和水产养殖中的应用越来越多,逐渐得到人们的重视。氯芬新对于人类和其他哺乳动物属于低毒性,但其残留会进入食物链和环境,长久以往会对人体产生毒害作用。目前,中国尚未制定该杀虫剂在水产品中的限量标准。氯芬新残留的检测技术主要有高效液相色谱法、液相色谱-串联质谱法以及高效液相色谱-串联质谱法等。有关氯芬新残留在食品中的风险评估还比较少,主要集中在蔬菜水果等植物源性食品中,评估结果均表明其残留不会对人体造成危害。针对氯芬新在食品中的应用、残留检测方法以及风险评估作相关综述,并对其检测方法提出展望,以期为后续食品中氯芬新残留的研究提供技术支持和文献参考。

Advances in detection techniques and risk assessment of residues of lufenuron in food

Abstract:
Lufenuron is a benzoylurea insecticide that disrupts insect molting by interfering with the deposition of chitin in the cuticle, and is gradually gaining attention as a new type of insecticide with increasing applications in agricultural production and aquaculture. Lufenuron is of low toxicity to humans and other mammals, but its residues can enter the food chain and the environment and can be toxic to humans in the long run. At present, China has not established the limit of this pesticide in aquatic products. The main techniques for detecting lufenuron pesticide residues are high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) and high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS). The risk assessment of lufenuron residues in food is still relatively small, mainly in foods of plant origin such as vegetables and fruits, and the assessment results all indicate that the residues do not pose a risk to humans. In this paper, we review the application, residue detection methods and risk assessment of lufenuron in food, and provide a prospective view on its detection methods in order to provide technical support and literature reference for subsequent research on lufenuron in food products.
