苦豆子药材提取过程中成分的量变规律研究

摘要:
目的:研究苦豆子药材提取过程中多种生物碱成分的量变规律。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,提取工艺以水作为提取溶媒,研究苦豆子药材在不同浸泡时间、不同提取时间和提取次数下提取液中7种生物碱成分量变规律。结果:随着浸泡时间增加,氧化槐果碱、氧化苦参碱、槐定碱含量增加明显,在浸泡3h达到最高,3h后开始下降,浸泡时间不能超过3h;随着提取时间的增加,除金雀花碱外其余6种生物碱在提取3h的含量最高,提取时间不宜超过3h;随着提取次数的增加,7种生物碱的量也在逐步增加,并逐步趋于稳定。结论:苦豆子药材水提工艺的7种生物碱的提取率与浸泡时间、提取时间呈先上升后下降的趋势,分别在浸泡3h和提取3h达到最高点,和提取次数呈正相关并随着提取次数的增加逐步趋于稳定。

Study on the quantitative change law of components in the extraction process of Sophora alopecuroides L

Abstract:
Objective: To study the quantitative variation of alkaloids in the extraction of Sophora alopecuroides L. Methods: Using water as extraction solvent, HPLC was used to study the changes of seven alkaloid components in the extraction solution of Sophora alopecuroides L under different soaking time, extraction time and extraction times.SResults: With the increase of soaking time, the contents of Oxysophocarpine, Oxymatrine and Sophoridine increased obviously, and reached the highest at 3 hours, and began to decline after 3 hours. Soaking time could not exceed 3 hours. With the increase of extraction time, except for Sparteine, the content of other 6 alkaloids was the highest after 3 hours of extraction, and the extraction time should not exceed 3 hours. With the increase of extraction times, the amount of 7 alkaloids increased gradually and tended to be stable.SConclusions: The extraction rate of 7 alkaloids from sophora alopecuroides by water extraction showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with soaking time and extracting time, and reached the highest point after soaking for 3 hours and extracting for 3 hours, respectively, and the number of times of extraction was positive correlation and gradually tended to be stable with the increase of the number of times of extraction.
