催情散中总多糖、总黄酮及4种活性成分的含量测定

摘要:
目的:建立催情散中总黄酮、总多糖含量测定方法,并建立同时测定朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷有效成分含量方法,为催情散的质量控制提供全面的依据。方法:运用比色法测定催情散中总多糖和总黄酮的含量,应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分析催情散中主要成分并测定其含量。结果:不同生产厂家的催情散中主要化学成分的含量存在一定差异,催情散中总多糖平均含量为3.35 %,总黄酮平均含量为1.30 %,催情散中总黄酮中朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C和淫羊藿苷的平均含量分别为0.0137 %、0.0131 %、0.1106 %、0.0764 %。结论:建立了催情散中总多糖、总黄酮及4种活性成分测定方法,此方法具有较好的稳定性和重复性,可以作为催情散质量控制的标准。

Determination of total polysaccharides, total flavonoids and four action components in aphrodisiac powder

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of total flavonoids and total polysaccharides in Aphrodisiac powder, and to establish a method for the simultaneous determination of the action components of Icaritin A, Icaritin B, icaritin C and icariin, so as to provide a comprehensive basis for the quality control of Aphrodisiac powder. METHODS: The content of total polysaccharides and total flavonoids in Aphrodisiac powder was determined by colorimetry, and the main components in Aphrodisiac powder were analyzed and their contents were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). RESULTS: There were some differences in the contents of the main chemical components in Aphrodisiac powder from different manufacturers. The average content of total polysaccharides in Aphrodisiac powder was 3.35 %, the average content of total flavonoids was 1.30 %, and the average contents of total flavonoids in Aphrodisiac powder were 0.0137 %, 0.0131 %, 0.1106 % and 0.0764 % for Icaritin A, Icaritin B, icaritin C and icariin, respectively. CONCLUSION: A method for the determination of total polysaccharides, total flavonoids and four action components in Aphrodisiac powder was established, which has good stability and reproducibility and can be used as a standard for quality control of Aphrodisiac powder.
