不同工艺板青颗粒对脂多糖的体内外降解作用及其诱导的白羽肉仔鸡血清炎症指标的影响 |

摘要: |
为了探讨不同工艺板青颗粒对脂多糖引起白羽肉仔鸡抗炎性能影响,通过测定不同溶媒板青提取液的氨基酸、有机酸、靛玉红及(R,S) -告依春的薄层鉴别,测定(R,S) -告依春、腺苷及尿苷含量判定产品的质量,采用定量显色基质法测定不同溶媒板青提取液体外降解内毒素的作用,同时测定了30%乙醇提取液白羽肉鸡体内降解内毒素和抗炎效果。结果显示,30%乙醇提取板青氨基酸和靛玉红对照品位置斑点大且颜色深,30%乙醇溶媒提取的板青中尿苷含量最高,水提取的板青(R,S)-告依春和腺苷含量高,30%乙醇提取的板青体外降解内毒素效果最好,且体内具有显著降解内毒效果,同时能抑制脂多糖引起的血清IL-1β、IL-6及TNF-α细胞因子的升高。研究提示:30%乙醇提取板青体内外具有显著降解内毒素效果和抗炎作用。 |

Abstract: |
The objective of this study was Effect of Different Processes of Banqing Granules on Anti-inflammatory Performance of White Feather Broilers under Lipopolysacc haride Stress. The thin layer identification of amino acids, organic acids, indirubin and (R,S)-geuichun in the extracts of different solvents was determined. The contents of (R, S)-geuichun, adenosine and uridine were determined to determine the quality of the products. The effects of the extracts of different solvents of geuiqing on endotoxin degradation in vitro were determined by quantitativechromogenic matrix method. At the same time, the effects of 30% ethanol extract on endotoxin degradation and ant-inflammation in white feather broilers were determined. The results showed that the amino acid and indirubin control samples extracted with 30% ethanol had large spots and dark colors. The content of uridine in the indigo extracted with 30% ethanol solvent was the highest, the content of water extracted indigo (R, S) - geuichun and adenosine was the highest. The indigo extracted with 30% ethanol had the best endotoxin degradation effect in vitro, and had a significant internal toxicity degradation effect in vivo. At the same time, It also inhibited the increase of serum IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α cytokines induced by lipopolysaccharide. The results indicated that the 30% ethanol extract of Banqing had significant endotoxin degrading and anti-inflammatory effects in vitro and in vivo. |
