| 桑仁清肺口服液薄层鉴别检测方法优化研究 |

| 摘要: |
| 为了提高桑仁清肺口服液质量标准,本研究改进甘草薄层鉴别方法。以甘草苷为对照，将供试品与对照品溶液点于同一1%氢氧化钠高效硅胶G薄层板上，乙酸乙酯-甲酸-冰醋酸-水（15:1:1:2）为展开剂，10%硫酸乙醇溶液为显色剂。结果表明，1%氢氧化钠高效硅胶G薄层板展开效果良好。建立的甘草薄层鉴别方法专属性强，阴性无干扰，可用于桑仁清肺口服液甘草薄层鉴别。 |

| Abstract: |
| To improve the quality of standard of Sangren Qingfei oral liquid, this study improved the TLC identification method of Liquorice. Liquritn as the reference,the testing solution and the control solution were placed on the same 1% solution hydroxide efficient silica gel G plate,ethyl acetate/formic acid/glacial acetic acid and water(15:1:1:2) as the developing solvent,vitriolic acid ethyl alcohol (10%) as color developing reagent.The results showed the 1% solution hydroxide efficient silica gel G plate had the best development effect.The established identification was exclusive,the negative control had no a interference,and could be used for the TLC identification of Liquorice. |
