动物源细菌耐药性监测实验室菌株管理系统建设研究

摘要:
动物源细菌耐药性监测实验室的菌株保藏管理是一项基础性工作,具有重要的生物安全和资源安全意义。为妥善保存监测实验室积累的细菌资源,研究建立了监测实验室菌株管理系统。系统由低温存储设备、专用冻存耗材、扫描器、信息管理软件组成,从菌株存储位置、信息数据和使用过程控制多角度对监测菌株进行安全管理,切实提高了实验室菌株管理和资源利用的效率,为确保菌株安全、信息安全和生物安全、防范数据资源和生物资源流失等方面发挥了积极作用,将为耐药性菌种资源的储备、开发和利用提供重要支撑。

Research on the Construction of Bacterial Management System for Animal Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance Laboratory

Abstract:
As a fundamental task, the preservation and management of antimicrobial-resistant bacteria has important biosecurity and resource security significance. In order to properly preserve the bacteria accumulated from animal antimicrobial resistance surveillance, a strains management system for monitoring laboratory was established. The system consists of low-temperature storage equipment, special frozen storage consumables, scanning device and information management software. The security management of antimicrobial-resistant strains by this system from the perspectives of strain storage location, information data and usage process control effectively improves the efficiencies of strain management and resource utilization in the laboratory. It plays a positive role in ensuring strain safety, information security and biological security, and preventing the loss of data resources and biological resources. It will provide important support for the reserve, development and utilization of antimicrobial-resistant strains.
