| 猪伪狂犬病是一种严重危害养猪业的急性病毒性传染病，疫苗免疫是其防控的有效手段。目前正式通过注册生产上市的产品有14个，涉及10个毒株，其效力评价方法及标准不统一。就猪伪狂犬病疫苗的效力评价方法进行比较研究，以期为进一步规范疫苗效力评价方法、建立通用质量标准提供思路。 |

| Comparative Study of Methods for Evaluating the Efficacy of Swine Pseudorabies Vaccines |

| Porcine pseudorabies is an acute viral infectious disease that poses a serious threat to the pig industry, and vaccine immunisation is an effective means of its prevention and control. At present, there are 48 products approved for clinical trials, and 14 swine pseudorabies vaccines, involving 10 strains, have been formally approved for registration and production, with numerous methods and different standards for evaluating their efficacy. In this paper, a comparative study was made on the effectiveness evaluation methods of swine pseudorabies vaccines, with a view to providing ideas for further standardisation of vaccine effectiveness evaluation methods and the establishment of common quality standards. |
