麻杏石甘颗粒质量标准研究

摘要:
为完善提升麻杏石甘颗粒的质量标准,采用薄层色谱法分别对麻杏石甘颗粒中麻黄、甘草、苦杏仁进行鉴别。本试验采用一次样品处理,一套薄层展开系统同时把麻黄、甘草、苦杏仁三种药材一次鉴别出来;试验开展了供试样品的制备方法、展开系统、显色加热温度的优化研究,并进一步开展了点样量、展距、不同品牌的硅胶G薄层板耐用性、重复性等方法学验证,结果表明,该方法能够准确检出麻黄、甘草、苦杏仁,灵敏度高、分离效果好,斑点清晰,重现性好,专属性强,既达到中国兽药典的要求,还节省时间、试剂,适用于麻杏石甘颗粒中麻黄、甘草、苦杏仁的质量控制。

Abstract:
To improve the quality standard of Maxingshigan Keli. the identification of ephedra, licorice and bitter almond in Maxingshigan Keli. was carried out by TLC. In this experiment, a thin-layer chromatography system was developed to simultaneously identify ephedra, licorice and bitter almond at the same time after the sample was processed in one step. The sample preparation method, different launch system, and optimization of heating temperature for the test samples were studied. In addition, the sample size, TLC distance, durability of different brands of silica gel G thin layer plates, and repeatability was conducted. The results showed that the method could accurately detect ephedra, licorice and bitter almond, with high sensitivity, good separation effect, clear spots, good reproducibility, and strong specificity. It not only meets the requirements of Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia, but also saves time and reagents, which is suitable for quality control of ephedra, licorice and bitter almond in Maxing Shigan Keli.
