离子色谱法测定维生素B1中的硝酸根离子

摘要:
建立了离子色谱法测定维生素B1中硝酸根离子的方法。试验采用DIONEX IonPac AS19(250 mm×4 mm)阴离子交换色谱柱和DIONEX IonPac AG19(50 mm×4 mm)保护柱,以14 mmol/L 氢氧化钾溶液为淋洗液,流速为1.0 mL/min 等度洗脱,柱温为35℃,抑制电导检测器检测。试验结果表明,硝酸根离子与常见阴离子分离良好,在1~100 μg/mL 浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r2 = 1.0000),加样回收率为100.8%(n=6,RSD=0.7%)。建立的方法准确、灵敏、专属性好,可用于测定维生素B1中硝酸根离子的含量。

Abstract:
A method for content determination of nitrate ion in vitamin B1 was developed by ion chromatography with inhibitory electrical conductivity detector. Analysis was performed on a DIONEX IonPac AS19 (250 mm×4 mm) anion exchange column and DIONEX IonPac AG19 (50 mm×4 mm) guard column, using 14 mmol/L potassium hydroxide solution as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was set at 35℃. Results showed that a good separation was accepted between nitrate ion and other conventional anions. The standard curve was linear in the range of 1~100 μg/mL (r2 = 1.0000). The average recovery was 100.8% (n = 6,RSD=0.7 %). In conclusion,this method is accurate, sensitive and specific for the determination of nitrate ion in vitamin B1
