| 按照国家一级标准物质的要求,研制了禽流感病毒H9亚型(株)血凝抑制试验抗原国家标准品.对标准品的物理性状、无菌、效价、特异性、水分、真空度、均一性、稳定性等进行测定,各项指标均符合要求。经过8家单位对其协作标定,并经统计学分析,该批抗原血凝效价为460?80,最终定值为400。该禽流感病毒H9亚型(株)血凝抑制试验抗原可以作为国家标准品,批号为200901。 |

| According to the standard of national reference preparations, national standard avian influenza virus(H9 sub-type) hemagglutination inhibition test antignen has been prepared. Appearance, Sterility, HA titer, speciality, residual moisture,vacuum,uniform and stability are detected and qualitifed. The preparation is titrated by 8 laboratories and the results are estimated by the statistical methods. The titer is 460?80, and HA titer is defined 400. This batch of avian influenza virus(H9 sub-type) hemagglutination inhibition test antignens can be used as national reference preparations, and the batch number is 200901. |
