貂源肺炎克雷伯氏菌对小白鼠的致病性及其药物防治研究

摘要:
为评价貂源肺炎克雷伯氏菌(抗原型K2-5)的致病性和药物防控效果,利用水貂和小白鼠分别进行动物回归试验和半数致死量(LD50)毒力测定,旨在建立小白鼠致病模型。同时,按1 LD50剂量接种小白鼠,选用盐酸洛美沙星分别按0.05(低)、0.2 mg/只(高)两个不同的剂量进行饮水预防和治疗,同时设攻毒和健康对照,观察、记录和比较试验结果。结果表明:该菌对小白鼠腹腔注射的LD50为6.29 CFU/0.3 mL。药物试验表明,高剂量组预防和治疗效果显著优于低剂量组,预防组优于单纯的治疗组,而攻毒组则100%发病,存活率仅为60%。该结果为临床防控貂源肺炎克雷伯氏菌病提供了依据。

Abstract:
15 minks and 155SPF Kunming mice were inoculated in order to assess the pathogenicity and medicine treatment of Klebsiella pneumoniae(K2-5 antigen)from minks as well as to establish a mouse model of pathogenic. Firstly, the median lethal dose (LD50) in mice was evaluated by intraperitoneal inoculation using Karber method, and the LD50 was 6.29 CFU/0.3 mL. Then, only one LD50 dose of Klebsiella pneumoniae was challenged with mice, lomefloxacin hydrochloride(LH) was selected as the medicine to prevent and control by drinking water at 0.5 mg or 2.0 mg dose against the K2-5 antigen type ,respectively. Furthermore, the establishment of the bacteria injected group and the blank group as the healthy control, which were also observed, recorded and compared. The results show that the preventive and therapeutic effect of high dose group is better than that of low dose group, prevention group is better than that of single treatment group, while, the bacterial inoculation group is 100% morbidity and survival rate is only 60%. The results provide a basis for the clinical prevention and control of mink source Klebsiella pneumonia bacteria.
