雏鹅大肠杆菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

摘要:
为有效防治雏鹅大肠杆菌病,试验无菌采集疑似大肠杆菌病例雏鹅的肝、脾等组织,进行病原菌的分离培养,经过培养特性、形态染色、生化特性以及致病性试验,鉴定为大肠杆菌。选用7种临床常用抗菌药物进行药敏试验,药敏试验结果表明,分离菌株对庆大霉素、阿莫西林、氧氟沙星、头孢唑啉产生耐药性,对丁安卡娜高度敏感。试验结果为雏鹅大肠杆菌病的临床治疗提供依据。

Abstract:
For effective prevention and control of Escherichia coli from young goosey, sterile collection of young goose of suspected E.coli liver and spleen and other tissues were bacteria isolated and cultured E.coli were found bycultura characteristics、Dyeing and biochemical characteristics of morphology and pathogenicity test Choose seven kinds of clinical commonly used antimicrobial susceptibility test Drug-sensitivity tests showed that isolated strain develops resistance to gentamicin、Amoxicillin、ofloxacin、cefazolin,But the isolated strain t is highly sensitive to Amikacin. Test results provide the basis for clinical treatment.
