非洲猪瘟紧急预防控制技术需求

摘要:
非洲猪瘟是原发于非洲肯尼亚的猪的一种重要病毒性传染病,2018年8月首次发生于我国沈阳,该病来势凶猛已在我国8个省引发21次疫情,虽然我国已进行了科技储备,但面对疫情的发展需要重新梳理防控技术需求,具有针对性地开展应急技术研究,积极有效地控制疫情的蔓延。因此,简要介绍了非洲猪瘟的特性,归纳了我国目前防控的技术需求,建议开展快速特异诊断技术、流行病学技术、病原学等急需技术研究,以及开展野猪和软蜱传播媒介与非洲猪瘟流行关系,非洲猪瘟免疫与疫苗基础等研究。

Abstract:
African swine fever is an important viral infectious disease in pigs first found in Kenya, Africa. It first took place in Shenyang, China in August 2018. So far there are 21 outbreaks in 8 provinces of China. Although China has carried out technical preparations, it needs to carefully considerate the requirements for prevention and control in the face of the situation of the epidemic and to actively and effectively control the spread of the disease. This article briefly introduces the characteristics of African swine fever, summarizes the current technical requirements for its prevention and control in China. It is necessary to carry out rapid and specific diagnostic techniques, epidemiological techniques, etiology and other urgent research. It is also necessary to carry out research on the relationship between the vector of wild boar and soft ticks and the epidemic of African swine fever, and the immune and vaccine basis of African swine fever virus.
